As a key member of our sound team, you will be responsible for creating an immersive and emotionally engaging audio experience for our players. Our ideal candidate has a passion for sound design, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience with industry-standard sound tools like Wwise and Pro Tools. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Creative Director and Design Director to define the sound vision for the game Lead the creation of audio effects, music, character dialogue, and other sound content Drive cross-discipline collaboration to spec, build, and tune all sound systems Implement content in Unreal Engine and manage sound production Guide and mentor other sound team members and manage vendor relationships Analyze playtest feedback, user research, and data to inform sound design decisions Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience with industry-standard sound tools and software Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills Strong project management skills and ability to manage sound production Growth mindset and enthusiasm for solving complex problems Don't miss this opportunity to join Netflix and contribute to the development of a new and exciting game.
