Position Overview
As a vital member of our Accounts Receivable team, you will contribute to the success of our accounting department. Your responsibilities will include billing, collections, electronic filing, audit support, reporting, and other exciting ad hoc assignments. We're seeking individuals comfortable reaching out to customers, with a solid understanding of accounting practices and experience in dealing with complex billing structures. Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in deadline-driven Accounts Receivable
Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Debt Collection
3+ years of experience with accounting functions related to government grants
1+ years of experience working with Sage Intacct software
3+ years of experience with standard accounting functions related to construction
Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service
Advanced analytical and organizational capacity
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Industry-standard competency with Excel/Outlook
Location: Remote in the U.S.A.

Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate
Areas of Expertise: Accounts Receivable, GAAP, Construction Accounting, Grants Accounting, SAGE Intacct, Collections, Billing
Compensation: $60K/yr DOE
Key Responsibilities
Performing A/R billing functions related to Grants, Rebates, and Construction Services
Communicating with Customers via phone & email for collections of due balances
Processing Payment Applications
Assisting in Pulling and Electronic Filing of Documentation
Assisting in Answering A/R Related Questions
Preparing and organizing documentation needs for audits and other Reports
Other Ad Hoc Assignments as Determined by Management
