Noble Telehealth is seeking a New York–licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician (MD) to provide telemedicine consultations via our proprietary EHR platform. This part-time remote opportunity is ideal for providers looking for flexible hours, supplemental income, and a patient-focused virtual care model. Responsibilities: • Conduct telehealth consultations for adult patients • Review patient history, symptoms, and prescribe treatment (non-controlled) • Provide care for conditions such as pain, dermatology, acid reflux, migraines, and more • Maintain accurate digital documentation and timely follow-ups Schedule & Pay: • Flexible weekday schedule | 10 AM – 7 PM EST • Minimum 6 hours per week • Payment: Billed health insurance reimbursement Qualifications: • Active New York NP or MD license • Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine background preferred • Ability to bill health insurance strongly preferred • Strong communication and telehealth proficiency Benefits: • Fully remote position – work from anywhere • Flexible scheduling • Admin and tech support provided • No narcotics or controlled substances on formulary Apply directly through NPHire.com Note: Application status updates will only be provided through your NPHire account.
