About the Role T.A.L.K. is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft‑certified consultant with deep experience across Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP) and the Power Platform. Our current workflow uses EngageBay for CRM activity tracking and Apollo for outbound data and sequencing. We are now transitioning into a fully integrated Microsoft ecosystem — Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 Sales. We need an expert who can architect, implement, and optimize a modern, scalable CRM environment. This includes migrating from EngageBay, integrating Apollo lead flows, and building automated Microsoft‑native processes for outbound, deal flow, VA team management, and multi‑state operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to evolve a business from lightweight tools into a unified, enterprise‑grade platform. Responsibilities • Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Sales for outbound, deal flow, and activity tracking • Migrate CRM data from EngageBay into Dynamics 365 • Integrate Apollo lead data and workflows into Dynamics • Build custom pipelines, fields, dashboards, and automations • Integrate Dynamics with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive • Create Power Automate flows for lead assignment, notifications, task creation, and document routing • Build Power Apps or Dataverse tables as needed • Set up user roles and permissions for a distributed VA team • Provide guidance on best practices, scalability, and long‑term architecture Required Skills & Certifications Must Have • One or more Microsoft Certifications, such as: • Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate • Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate • Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate • Power Apps Developer Associate • Power Automate RPA Developer • Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales) and/or Dynamics 365 ERP (Business Central) • Strong command of Power Platform: • Power Automate • Power Apps • Dataverse • Experience integrating Dynamics with: • Outlook • Teams • SharePoint • OneDrive • Experience migrating from smaller CRMs (EngageBay, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) • Ability to design automated workflows for sales, tasks, and deal flow • Experience supporting distributed teams (including VAs) Ideal Candidate You thrive in environments where clarity, accountability, and operational precision matter. You understand how to build systems that scale and can translate business workflows into clean, automated Microsoft solutions. You’re comfortable advising leadership and working hands‑on.
