Job Summary As an Associate Analytics Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our analytics team by researching, gathering, and reporting on work volume, individual volume, productivity, quality, and other key statistics. You will also be responsible for providing reporting using database queries and spreadsheets, performing administrative tasks, and coordinating with team members to ensure seamless production of information applied in analytics. Key Responsibilities Research, gather, and report on work volume, individual volume, productivity, quality, and other key statistics Provide reporting using database queries and spreadsheets Perform everyday administrative, tool-related, and operational manual tasks Coordinate, monitor, and generate everyday production of information applied in analytics Regularly acquire guidance from the manager and escalate questions and issues to more senior professionals Interact with the immediate team, peers, and manager on policies and procedures Requirements Essential Qualifications 6+ months of Administrative or Reporting experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management, and external agency partners Preferred Qualifications Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Intermediate Microsoft Access skills Knowledge of reporting, manipulating information, and/or trending Familiarity with spreadsheets Ability to provide process enhancements and troubleshoot issues Knowledge of Monarch Software What We Offer Compensation and Benefits Wells Fargo offers a competitive salary of $28 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical and financial well-being of our employees.
