As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales of our emergency air transport services to the local community in Alaska. About Global Medical Response Global Medical Response (GMR) is the largest medical transportation company in the world, delivering compassionate, quality medical care primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services in the United States. Our AirMedCare Network (AMCN) offers unique membership programs, including emergent air, Fly-U-Home, and ground ambulance services. Key Responsibilities Generate leads for new business through actions such as: Cold calling Utilizing customer referrals Community involvement Collaborating with leadership on marketing programs Participating in community networking events to draw in prospects Complete the full sales cycle from introduction and discovery to needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up and management Build a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers sufficient to achieve sales and company goals/targets Close smart business (consistent with AMCN's objectives and practices) Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent work experience 3 years of previous B2C or B2B solutions sales experience (preferred) Emergency medical transport industry knowledge (preferred) Background and substance screenings will be completed A valid driver's license and clean driving record Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the medical transport industry Knowledge of the Alaska market and community Strong network of contacts in the local community Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to travel to community events and meetings as required Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At GMR, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
