We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Title Processor with a strong background in real estate transactions to join our remote team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing real estate closings and title work , not just support roles within real estate management companies. This is a work-from-home (WFH) opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly organized environment and understands the ins and outs of real estate documentation and title processing. Key Responsibilities Handle all aspects of the title processing cycle for real estate transactions Review contracts, title commitments, closing disclosures, and related documentation Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to gather necessary documents Ensure accuracy and compliance with all legal and procedural requirements Prepare files for closing and ensure timely submission of all paperwork Communicate professionally and promptly with all parties involved in the transaction Track deadlines and update transaction statuses throughout the process Maintain organized digital records of all transaction documents Requirements Requirements Proven experience in real estate transactions —not just administrative support for real estate firms Familiarity with title work, closings, and real estate documentation Excellent communication and coordination skills Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Proficient with digital tools, email, and document handling platforms Comfortable working independently in a remote setup Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST Benefits What We Offer 100% Remote work Fixed hours (EST timezone) Collaborative and professional team environment Opportunity to grow in a specialized role within the real estate space Originally posted on Himalayas
