Position Overview: We are currently seeking experienced SAP consultants with a strong background in Financial Posting to join our global remote support team. The selected candidates will handle client issues exclusively via the SAP Ticketing Tool, using SAP-authorized resources to resolve queries. Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve SAP Financial Posting-related tickets using the SAP OSS platform. Communicate with clients through chat only — no phone support. Reference official SAP Notes, KBAs, and documentation for resolution. Maintain high levels of accuracy and clarity in all written communications. Requirements: Experience in SAP Financial Posting modules (FI, CO, GL, etc.).Strong knowledge of financial document posting processes and error resolution. At least 1–2 years of SAP support or consulting experience preferred. Excellent written communication and documentation skills. Hiring Process: All applicants must visit our office to take a mandatory skill test. Only those who clear the test will be onboarded for remote work.
