Job Title: Techno-Functional Privacy Analyst Employment Type: Long-Term W2 Contract About the Role We are seeking a Techno-Functional Privacy Analyst with strong technical expertise and a passion for global data protection and compliance. This role bridges privacy requirements with technical integrations, ensuring our systems and processes align with international privacy regulations and best practices. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate privacy frameworks and compliance solutions using OneTrust. • Design and develop privacy-related functionalities leveraging Java and Spring Boot. • Deploy and manage containerized applications in Kubernetes environments. • Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting related to privacy compliance. • Utilize Maven for build automation and dependency management in Java-based projects. • Conduct privacy impact assessments and support data subject rights processes. • Monitor and maintain compliance with international privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PDPA, etc.). • Provide technical guidance on privacy-by-design principles during system development. • Partner with global stakeholders to ensure adherence to regional data protection laws. Required Qualifications • Hands-on experience with OneTrust Privacy Management Platform. • Strong programming skills in Java and Spring Boot framework. • Proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration. • Solid understanding of SQL for database management and reporting. • Experience with Maven for project build and dependency management. • In-depth knowledge of international privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PDPA, etc.). • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience integrating privacy tools with enterprise systems. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Certifications in privacy (CIPP/E, CIPM, or similar). Compensation: $55/hr to $80/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
