About the Role As a Technical Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at our Enterprise and mid-market merchant customers. Your technical expertise and business acumen will enable you to understand our customers' needs, identify opportunities for growth, and provide strategic guidance on how to maximize their use of our platform. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with customer leaders, understanding their business objectives and identifying opportunities to drive growth and expansion. Technical Account Management: Provide technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring they get the most out of our platform and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Business Insights and Analysis: Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders. Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen and expand customer relationships, driving revenue growth and increasing customer lifetime value. Collaboration and Feedback: Represent blithequark at a senior level to customers and provide detailed feedback to internal partners, driving product development and improvement initiatives. Customer Success Strategy: Develop and execute customer success strategies, ensuring alignment with customer goals and objectives. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, or Marketing). A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or SaaS environment. Strong technical skills, with a good understanding of software applications and technical infrastructure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. A proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Experience working in the financial services or fintech industries. A strong understanding of merchant services and payment processing. Certifications or training in customer success, sales, or a related field.
