The Tech Recruiter will play a pivotal role in scaling Retired.com ’s technology, corporate, and operations teams. You’ll lead the charge in attracting and hiring top technical and non-technical talent , ensuring our teams across engineering, product, marketing, compliance, and client services have the skills and drive to move our mission forward. This is both a strategic and hands-on role , ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented fintech environment and enjoys building relationships across multiple departments. n Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers across technical and non-technical departments to define role requirements and hiring priorities. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across software engineering, product, data, compliance, client service, and operations roles. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from job posting and outreach to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination. Source candidates through diverse platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and industry-specific networks. Conduct thorough candidate screenings for both technical proficiency and cultural alignment with Retired.com ’s values. Build a strong pipeline of both technical and business talent to support future growth and hiring forecasts. Partner with HR leadership to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives. Track hiring metrics and use data-driven insights to continuously enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years of recruiting experience, including technical and non-technical roles within fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startups. Strong understanding of technical skill sets (e.g., software development, DevOps, data engineering) and familiarity with business support functions (e.g., marketing, operations, and compliance). Proven success in sourcing passive candidates and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Greenhouse, Rippling etc. Nice to Haves Experience recruiting in fintech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain environments. Strong network across both technical and business communities. Familiarity with compliance, finance, or regulated industries.
