Responsibilities As a Tax Manager with Windham Brannon, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: Client Interaction : Interact closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise. Project Management : Manage and implement multiple projects simultaneously, including client interviews, computations, analysis, data gathering, and coordination of Windham Brannon and client resources. Tax Research and Analysis : Conduct research and analysis of a wide range of tax issues unique to high net worth clientele. Leadership and Mentorship : Motivate and mentor junior staff members by providing them with leadership, counselling, and professional guidance. Business Development : Develop new business relationships with potential clients and company personnel to grow Windham Brannon's clientele base and work to foster on-going efforts to obtain additional opportunities for the Firm. Qualifications and Experience We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our team. To be considered, you should have: Minimum 5 Years of Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Accounting at the Senior or Manager level. Active CPA License : An active CPA license. Prior Experience : Prior experience supervising tax professionals on a project or engagement basis. High Net Worth Clientele : Experience working with high net worth individuals and multi-generational families. Tax Expertise : Expertise in areas including income tax planning, estate and gift planning, international tax, and tax controversy. Business Clients : Experience with business clients in a variety of industries.
