Key Responsibilities: Driving Success in Supply/Demand Balancing As a Supply Demand Balancing Associate Manager, you'll be responsible for refining the frameworks, enablers, and principles of S/D Balancing and developing action plans to drive business outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include: Designing and guiding the Talent Planning to Staffing journey with an integrated mindset, embracing TSC's end-to-end vision and integration opportunities with upstream and downstream processes. Evolving towards collaborative, integrated processes, taxonomies, tools, and metrics that reflect a single discipline and Global Function. Weighing ideas, solutions, and approaches based on business value potential and outcomes. Continuously shaping the future of Staffing & S/D Balancing to remain current and relevant as the business changes. Building TSC programs, policies, processes, and practices that deliver to Accenture's long-term HR strategy and business needs. Defining requirements to shape programs, processes, and services designed to fulfill business needs via talent supply chain services. Analyzing and solving moderately complex problems, creating new solutions, and leveraging existing methods and procedures. Creating executive-level communications that engage the attention of the intended audience. Facilitating education sessions with various stakeholder groups on the 'why' and value of processes in relation to business needs. Guiding stakeholders on how to make connections between data and recommendations/solutions. Initiating collaboration across various HR, Corporate Functions, and the Business to facilitate process connection points and create improved integrated ways of working. Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you'll need: A flexible attitude to working hours, as the role requires working effectively across multiple time zones. Comfort working remotely, using conference calls and other digital tools to collaborate with team members. Ability to create and provide input into executive communications. Experience creating successful and productive high-level working relationships to drive strategy, process design, development, and implementation. Demonstrated knowledge of the internal and external business environment. Excellent written and spoken English skills.
