Role Summary As an Order Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing of customer orders. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage order lifecycles, resolve issues, and uphold Cardinal Health’s reputation for reliability and service excellence. Key Responsibilities • Process and monitor customer orders from entry to delivery • Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment • Resolve order discrepancies, delays, and inventory issues • Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications • Communicate proactively with clients regarding order status and changes • Support continuous improvement initiatives in order management workflows • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations ✅ Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field • 2+ years experience in order management, logistics, or customer service • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
