Role Summary Powertek USA LLC is seeking a Strategic Planning & Activation Specialist to support the development, optimization, and execution of strategic plans across multiple energy and utility-sector initiatives. This role bridges strategy formulation with on-the-ground activation, ensuring that organizational goals translate into clear, actionable, and measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Lead environmental scans, risk assessments, and strategic analysis to support long-term planning. • Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and alignment sessions to gather insights and build consensus. • Develop strategic objectives, KPIs, and performance monitoring frameworks. • Translate high-level strategy into actionable activation plans with clear timelines, resource needs, and governance structures. • Support communication planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement activities. • Ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with operational priorities and organizational capacity. • Build dashboards, strategic roadmaps, and leadership briefing materials. • Monitor progress and support continuous improvement in the strategic planning process. Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic planning roles. • Strong knowledge of energy, utilities, infrastructure, or technology-driven industries. • Proven experience facilitating workshops and leading cross-functional alignment activities. • Skilled in developing KPIs, strategic frameworks, and execution roadmaps. • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills. • Master’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Engineering, or related field preferred. Soft Skills • Strong facilitator with excellent interpersonal skills. • Clear, structured thinker who can simplify complex strategic concepts. • Collaborative, adaptable, and capable of driving alignment across diverse teams. • Highly organized with strong follow-through.
