This remote contract role offers the flexibility and freedom to work from anywhere in the US, with occasional opportunities to collaborate in person at our offices or offsites. Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture large vendor partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration with 3rd party vendors and operational counterparts. Work closely with team members and key project stakeholders across various departments, including sourcing, finance, product management, engineering, and operations. Effectively manage your schedule to attend meetings and deliver on accountable work, ensuring timely and high-quality results. Own the execution of large, multi-year programs with complex dependencies across multiple teams, including coordination, timeline planning, and cross-functional meetings. Design and implement frameworks and processes to facilitate cross-team collaboration and drive successful project outcomes. Provide support across multiple projects to ensure high-quality releases and meet stakeholder expectations. Quickly become well-versed in the engineering team's product/domain space and provide valuable input on requirements from an end-user perspective. Produce qualitative and quantitative reporting to stakeholders, providing insights that inform strategic decisions. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Partnerships/Vendor and/or Program Manager, driving medium to large cross-functional efforts. A proven track record of creating strategic plans, driving execution, and communicating effectively with business stakeholders. Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment, with a "do-it-yourself" attitude and adaptability. Some experience in Trust, Privacy, Safety, Identity, or Fraud is a plus, though not required. Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, etc.) is essential. Familiarity with Behavior Driven Development, Identity, Safety, and Fraud Management methodologies is desirable.
