Software Developer (C# / .Net)

The Software Developer will design, develop and implement applications for the company while insuring consistency of interface requirements proper unit/behavioral tests and contributes towards continuous integration methodologies. Creation of new applications, processes and features as well as analyzing and resolving performance problems, fixing bugs in existing applications. Responsibilities • Design and implement new features based on requirements. • Reverse engineer existing legacy applications with and eye towards moving to cloud native solutions using microservices/ serverless architecture in AWS. • Integration with CI/CD Devops pipelines or create new in alignment with corporate standards. • Review code changes, ensure secure coding practices and corporate defined best SDLC practices are followed. • Partner with cross functional teams in the organization to understand customer and business priorities. • Support modern roadmap items like CDP and generative AI. • Agile team member, be a self-starter and work independently with minimum supervision to achieve team and individual goals. Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Knowledge of data normalization • Cloud Native development experience in AWS • Knowledge of AI assisted coding techniques and tools • Containerization (Kubernettes, Docker, etc,.) • Knowledge of Microsoft development tools, such as Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline • Prior work experience in the print and mail industry • 3 to 5 years of experience Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
