Job Highlights Company: MAVAN Location: Remote Compensation: Competitive salary Start Date: Immediate openings available Position: Part-Time Social Media Specialist Responsibilities As a Social Media Specialist at MAVAN, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing our social media strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and more Managing the scheduling and planning of social media content, ensuring posts hit key metrics and align with our overall content strategy Creating high-quality, engaging content for social media, including copywriting, graphics, and videos Ensuring all messaging and creative is consistent across channels and aligns with the MAVAN brand identity Providing community management across all social platforms, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner Identifying key social media trends and analyzing their impact on our brand Assisting in producing MAVAN content, including shoots and campaigns Tracking the performance of social media and MAVAN campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Collaborating with the marketing team, including influencers and partnerships, to execute various marketing campaigns and initiatives Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 2+ years of experience in editorial, social media, or marketing Experience with copywriting, content creation, and social media management Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills Ability to balance and manage multiple projects simultaneously Personal interest in the wellness category and familiarity with the space Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a positive "can-do" attitude Collaborative team player with an open mind and willingness to learn Genuine passion for the MAVAN brand, mission, customers, and products Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Interest in analyzing data and learning various marketing platforms Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences Excellent copywriting and content creation skills Ability to analyze data and provide insights for improvement Strong communication and project management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At MAVAN, we're committed to the growth and development of our team members.
