We're looking for a social media lead who thinks in trends, memes, hot takes, storytelling beats, and slightly chaotic creative energy. What You’ll Actually Be Doing • Make TikToks and LinkedIn posts that people actually watch (and hopefully share). • Spot trends before they get tired and jump on them with your own twist. • Create videos, memes, stories, carousels — whatever hits. • Work with leadership to craft platform-specific messaging that doesn’t sound like corporate jargon. • Analyze content performance like a mad scientist and double down on what works. • Build a social identity that makes people go: “Why is VeriFast kinda killing it and how quickly can we make the swap?” Why This Role Is a Big Deal The internet decides who wins.
