Provide technical support for Disney's digital advertising platforms, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of clients' campaigns. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Act as a subject matter expert on Disney's digital advertising platforms, staying up-to-date on the latest updates and developments. Proactively monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimization. Document and communicate technical issues, solutions, and best practices to internal teams and clients. Train and support junior support engineers, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the digital advertising platforms. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in digital advertising technology to provide innovative solutions for clients. Collaborate with the development team to identify and implement new features and enhancements to improve the digital advertising platforms. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards, to ensure the security and integrity of the digital advertising platforms. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency, making recommendations for streamlining workflows and enhancing overall performance. Handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Display a strong work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality support to clients and internal teams.
