Senior Project Manager/Leader
Term: January 05, 2025- March 31, 2026 Location: Remote, 661 University Ave, Suite 1701, Toronto, ON M5G 1M1 Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Leader Key Deliverable for Senior Project Manager/Leader: • Product Requirements: Collaborate with business and technology teams to define scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with public health goals. Develop charters, Terms of Reference, and maintain comprehensive documentation including dashboards and Gantt charts. • Product Delivery: Manage end-to-end project execution, including vendor relationships, procurement, and compliance with privacy and interoperability standards (PHIPA, FHIR, HL7). Oversee business process mapping, gap analysis, and change management activities to ensure timely and quality outcomes. • Prioritization: Develop and monitor detailed project plans for multiple concurrent initiatives based on senior management priorities. Track progress through dashboards, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and deliverables. • Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional sessions, provide training and tools to project leads, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues. Communicate status updates, risks, and recommendations to PHO leadership through regular reports and meetings. Must Haves: • 7+ years' experience Leading end-to-end project management for digital health initiatives, including data integration platforms, and public health information systems. • 7+ years' experience Collaborating with business and technology teams to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with public health goals. • 7+ years' experience Mobilizing and facilitating sessions of project teams to provide guidance and expertise in such areas as: business process mapping and improvement, gap analyses, development of flow diagrams, quality indicator development, project team building, change management. • 7+ years' experience Presentation and facilitation skills to convey sophisticated concepts and processes into clear language-both verbally and in writing; • 7+ years' experience Developing, initiating and maintaining all project documentation including the development of charters, assisting the team in developing Terms of Reference, creation of project plans, creating and monitoring dashboards and Gantt charts.
