This includes our flagship annual leadership conference - Leadershift. • High-Potential Talent: We run bespoke programs to support our high-potential talent to advance their careers and prepare them for wider leadership roles. • All Bricksters (Career & Growth): We enable every Brickster to grow their career at Databricks through programs focused on career navigation and long-term growth. The Impact You’ll Have • Manage one of our talent development programs (e.g. Career Development enablement) • Facilitate key global programs for the Talent and Leadership Development team (e.g. New Hire Orientation, Leadership development) across functions and regions • Leverage AI tools, analytics, and digital platforms to design scalable, high-engagement learning experiences that deliver real business impact. • Collaborate with leaders and teams to identify learning needs, create targeted solutions, and align programs with Databricks’ ambitious growth and innovation roadmap. • Measure and evaluate program effectiveness using data and experimentation, and continuously iterate to maximize reach, adoption, and outcomes. About You • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years’ experience owning global learning or talent programs in fast-paced, scaling companies. • Proven success guiding talent or leadership development program delivery, with expertise managing stakeholders and priorities amid complexity and ambiguity. • Deeply analytical, using data for decision-making, continuous improvement, and demonstrating clear program impact. • Creative, resourceful problem-solver who thrives on turning uncertainty into high-impact solutions. • Strong communicator and influencer with a track record of building consensus and delivering quality results with minimal direction. Pay Range Transparency Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. Zone 1 Pay Range $110,500—$154,675 USD Pay Range Transparency Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range.
