About the Role We’re growing our product capabilities to meet the needs of a growing and ambitious client base. You\'ll be supporting our different pods across the agency — wherever your expertise will create the biggest client impact. Acting as the client\'s voice inside our agile delivery teams, you\'ll take ownership of product backlogs, lead sprint ceremonies, and collaborate daily with Project Managers, designers, and developers to deliver outstanding ecommerce experiences. You\'ll thrive in a fast-moving environment, translating business goals into powerful ecommerce solutions, and ensuring that every piece of work pushes the needle for our clients. What You\'ll Be Doing Champion the client vision inside delivery pods, translating goals into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Own the product backlog , keeping it sharp, prioritised, and ready for rapid iteration. Lead and facilitate sprint ceremonies to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence. Shape client roadmaps and propose strategic ecommerce enhancements rooted in Shopify Plus capabilities. Analyse performance data to back up decisions and drive ROI-focused outcomes. Liaise with tech partners and third-party solutions to boost client success. Collaborate daily with internal teams , removing blockers and ensuring smooth, efficient project delivery. What We\'re Looking For Proven experience as a Product Owner Agency-side Shopify Plus expertise. Deep knowledge of ecommerce and Shopify Plus (apps, integrations, platform capabilities). Agile-savvy , with hands-on experience in Scrum ceremonies and backlog management. Client-first mindset , with strong communication skills and a knack for building trust. Data-driven decision maker , using KPIs and performance insights to inform strategy. Collaborative leader , influencing without authority and empowering cross-functional teams. Tech literate , understanding APIs, integrations, and web development basics. Superb organisational skills , able to juggle priorities without dropping the ball. Why UWP?
