We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer who loves solving complex problems and building scalable, high-performance systems in C# and AWS . You’ll join a multidisciplinary team working on Varicent’s Incentives platform — a large-scale SaaS product that helps enterprises worldwide optimize performance and rewards. What You’ll Do Design and build REST APIs and backend services in C# / .NET . Develop and optimize AWS-based infrastructure (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift). Tackle data-intensive challenges , ensuring scalability and low latency. Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Frontend teams in an Agile environment. Automate deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Infrastructure-as-Code . What You Bring 4+ years of backend experience with C# / .NET . Strong knowledge of API design , databases (SQL / NoSQL), and cloud architecture. Hands-on experience with AWS and ETL/ELT pipelines . Solid communication skills in English (B2+) .
