Now Hiring: Seasonal Santa Claus (Part-Time, Weekends & Holidays) Highland Springs Ranch & Inn – Cherry Valley, CA Are you jolly, warm, and great with children? We're looking for seasonal Santa Claus performers to join our magical Christmas Nights festival at 123 Farm! This is a seasonal part-time position for select dates in November and December . Schedule & Shifts Fridays – Sundays , plus Christmas week (Mon/Tues): Shifts: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM or 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM , depending on the day Dates include: Fridays: Nov 14, 21, 28 | Dec 5, 12, 19 Saturdays: Nov 8, 15, 22, 29 | Dec 6, 13, 20 Sundays: Nov 9, 16, 23, 30 | Dec 7, 14, 21 Mon/Tues: Dec 22, 23 Pay Rate Weekdays (Mon–Fri): $40/hour Weekends in December (Fri–Sun): $50–$60/hour depending on experience and date. Bonus consideration for peak holiday dates! Requirements Must be enthusiastic and reliable with great communication skills Comfortable interacting with children and families for photos and greetings Must be able to work outdoors (costume-friendly weather accommodations provided) Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and remain in character Previous Santa experience is a plus but not required . Own Santa suit is preferred. If not, one can be provided. What You'll Do Greet children and families at our photo station and throughout the festival Spread holiday cheer and engage with guests in a kind, professional manner Collaborate with event staff and photographers to ensure a smooth experience Follow your assigned schedule and break times (restroom and cool-down breaks provided) About Us Highland Springs Ranch & Inn is a historic organic farm and seasonal event venue known for our Christmas Nights, Lavender Festival, and more .
