Salesforce Systems Admin Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Salesforce Systems Admin Coordinator to join the Topgolf team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and diverse group of professionals to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce.com solutions.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce.com and have a passion for system integration, data analysis, and process improvement. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a solid understanding of project management, and a strong ability to multitask.We are looking for a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and is able to think outside the box to identify and solve problems. If you have a proven track record of success in Salesforce administration and are looking for an opportunity to continue learning and growing in this field, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce.com solutions. Analyze and provide insights on system performance and data. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure successful system integration and implementation. Manage projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget. Monitor and document system performance, functionality, and user activity. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner. Create and maintain system documentation. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Participate in user acceptance testing. Train and provide support to users. Topgolf is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
