About the position Responsibilities • Hold primary responsibility for San Francisco AIDS Foundation's Salesforce CRM and related systems. • Maintain a consistent data model and monitor system stability and security. • Ensure accurate data flow between Salesforce NPSP/Pardot and DonorDrive. • Develop and maintain accurate reporting for staff and stakeholders regarding Philanthropy revenue streams. • Interface with various departments to ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot issues as needed. • Serve as the point of contact for Philanthropy staff in resolving reporting and participant issues. • Represent and work with ALC staff at events, including preparation for the 7-day event. Requirements • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce/NPSP and Pardot. • Experience in fundraising systems and their Salesforce integrations, preferably with DonorDrive. • Strong understanding of relationships between various platforms such as Salesforce/Pardot and DonorDrive. • Experience in app/mobile app building and deployment is preferred. • High attention to detail and experience in data management. • Project management experience and ability to balance multiple priorities. • Ability to synthesize and communicate complex information to non-technical staff. Nice-to-haves • WordPress knowledge is preferred. • Experience in fundraising/non-profit software is highly regarded.
