Sales Representative (FT or PT) Work From Home

The Cooper Group is hiring remote Sales Representatives to support families with life insurance coverage. This is a fully remote, phone-based sales role designed for individuals who want flexibility, performance-based income, and long-term growth. Agents work from home, set their own schedules, and are supported with training, systems, and mentorship. We work with both new and experienced sales professionals. Some join without prior insurance experience and want structured training. Others come with sales or insurance backgrounds and are looking for better systems, support, and income upside.
