Key Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence: Answer inbound calls from customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide solutions to their problems in a professional and courteous manner. Sales and Booking: Book jobs and schedule appointments with customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Product and Policy Information: Provide detailed information on our products and services, as well as our policies and procedures, to customers. Communication Skills: Speak clearly and precisely on the phone, listening attentively to customers' needs and concerns. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to customers to resolve complaints and address any issues they may have. Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately input and maintain large quantities of information in our system, ensuring up-to-date records and reports. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and policies, and be proactive in seeking feedback and coaching to improve performance. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with a degree in a related field. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is highly desirable. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn our software systems. Preferred Qualifications: Industry Experience: Experience in the garage door industry or a related field is an asset. Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
