Sales Agent (Remote Patient Monitoring Enroll

The Sales Agent is responsible for engaging eligible patients by phone to educate and enroll them in AMC Health’s Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program for chronic illness management. This program is a no-cost benefit fully covered by the patient’s health insurance. The Sales Agent delivers an exceptional experience by clearly communicating the value of RPM, confirming eligibility, and guiding patients through enrollment and device setup. Professionalism, empathy, and strict compliance with HIPAA and company policies are essential in every interaction. Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to patients identified as eligible for AMC Health’s RPM program. • Educate patients on the purpose, benefits, and insurance coverage of the program to ensure full understanding and engagement. • Obtain verbal consent and collect all required information to complete enrollments accurately. • Assist patients with the installation, activation, and use of monitoring devices to ensure proper connectivity. • Verify patient identity and eligibility using approved documentation and verification systems. • Record all interactions, enrollment outcomes, and device setup details in AMC’s CRM or Care Console system. • Maintain full compliance with HIPAA and organizational privacy standards. • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and activation goals. • Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient onboarding experience. • Participate in required training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing coaching. • Exhibit empathy, patience, and professionalism in all patient interactions. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. • Minimum of three (3) years of call center–based sales experience, preferably in healthcare or patient enrollment. • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales or performance goals. • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. • Knowledge of healthcare terminology, insurance processes, and HIPAA compliance standards. • Ability to guide patients through device installation and troubleshooting. • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual communication tools. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, remote work environment. Compensation and Schedule • Hourly Rate: $25.00 per hour base pay. • Bonus: Tiered monthly performance bonuses based on patient enrollments and device activations. • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours Work Environment This position is fully remote and operates within a dynamic virtual call center environment. Sales Agents are expected to maintain a quiet, professional workspace with reliable high-speed internet access. Compassion, compliance, and service excellence are vital to success in this role.
