Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and internal teams. You will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, manage IT infrastructure, and ensure efficient operation of computer systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of various operating systems, and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across various operating systems including Windows and MacOS. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer management, networking (LAN), VPN connections, firewalls, and desktop support. • Assist users with software troubleshooting and ensure proper functioning of IT infrastructure. • Maintain accurate documentation of support interactions and solutions provided. • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer service experiences. • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and best practices in IT support. Experience • Proven experience in technical support or IT support roles. • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, and operating systems (Windows, macOS). • Familiarity with networking concepts including LAN setup, VPNs, firewalls, and security protocols. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common productivity tools. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
