Our client, PRIMUS Global Services Inc., is seeking a Sr. Pega Developer to work on a remote basis. The role involves architecting and designing business applications using Pega, ensuring quality standards, and leading technical initiatives for integration with other applications. Responsibilities • Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks • Responsible for technical oversight and implementation of Pegasystems solutions • Develop custom systems integration solution components as dictated by business requirements • Manage and ensure quality standards of Pega implementations • Lead discussions and initiatives on integration of other applications with Pega-based applications • Experience with systems analysis, design, development, integration, enhancement, and deployment as well as application support for various applications • Experience leading the deployment of new modules, upgrades, and fixes • Experience reviewing solutions to ensure alignment with customer objectives, organization guidelines/benchmarks and industry best practices • Demonstrated ability to solve complex system/integration problems through innovative solutions • Ensure successful project implementation • Ensure coding and quality standards are met • Conduct code/peer reviews, design reviews and demos Skills • Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) or Senior System Architect (SSA) with significant hands-on experience developing solutions in Customer Decision Hub (CDH) • Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) with strong Decisioning expertise and ownership of technical solutions • Solid hands-on experience developing in Pega using Pega 8 platform • Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks • Responsible for technical oversight and implementation of Pegasystems solutions • Develop custom systems integration solution components as dictated by business requirements • Manage and ensure quality standards of Pega implementations • Lead discussions and initiatives on integration of other applications with Pega-based applications • A highly technical hands-on individual who is passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to help solve business problems • Experience with systems analysis, design, development, integration, enhancement, and deployment as well as application support for various applications • Experience leading the deployment of new modules, upgrades, and fixes • Experience reviewing solutions to ensure alignment with customer objectives, organization guidelines/benchmarks and industry best practices • Advanced knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end IT process, including architecture, design & engineering, implementation, and operations • Demonstrated ability to solve complex system/integration problems through innovative solutions • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps • Experience with end-to-end solution delivery in Pega • Ensure successful project implementation • Ensure coding and quality standards are met • Conduct code/peer reviews, design reviews and demos • Pega Certifications Desired • Pega Robotics Automation experience desired Company Overview • Welcome to Jobs via Dice, the go-to destination for discovering the tech jobs you want.
