[Remote] Sales Development Representative (SDR) - West Coast

The Sales Development Representative will leverage AI insights to identify prospects' needs and generate qualified sales leads through personalized outreach and strategic prospecting. Responsibilities Leverage AI + data-driven insights to identify buying signals, understand a prospect's SOC/security priorities, and surface specific pain points before initiating outreach Hyper-personalize outbound messaging to craft human, relevant, and compelling engagement across email, cold calls, and LinkedIn, tailored to the prospect's needs and environment Move beyond basic qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT) by running deeper discovery conversations that uncover true business impact and validate high-quality opportunities Consistently generate net-new logo SQLs through strategic cold outbound and ABM-style execution—balancing outbound prospecting with inbound follow-up by leveraging intent data tools, MQLs, and CRM workflows to focus on the highest-value accounts Achieving monthly and quarterly targets for outreach KPI's and SQLS Skills Bachelor's degree 1-2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR, preferably in a growth stage startup or cyber security company Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools Experience working both individually and collaboratively as part of a team Must be US-based in PT timezone Strategic Thinking: Understand the why behind outreach and account strategy, not just the how Adaptability: Thrive in a competitive, noisy market with larger buying committees, longer cycles, and elevated buyer expectations Empathy: Build deeper trust through thoughtful communication.. interpreting signals, showing genuine understanding, and connecting outreach to real business pain Basic understanding of the SIEM market and challenges Benefits High growth startup - plenty of room for you to directly impact the company and grow your career Competitive salary with equity in the company Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Unlimited paid time off policy for work life balance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Monthly stipend for home internet and cell phone expenses Company Overview Anvilogic's Multi-Data Platform SIEM is used by Enterprise SOC teams to force multiply their ability to detect, investigate, and hunt.
