[Remote] Remote Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Spanish / Haitian Creole / Bengali / Russian / Asian Languages)

Global Talent Scouts is a staffing service seeking Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support the New York Medicaid CHOICE Project. In this role, you will assist clients with understanding their healthcare options and provide exceptional service from home. Responsibilities • Answer inbound calls and assist clients with health plan enrollment or disenrollment. • Educate callers about managed care and available benefits. • Process and review enrollment forms for accuracy and completeness. • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on every call.
