[Remote] Referral Partnerships Lead

They are seeking a strategic and hands-on Referral Partnerships Lead to build and scale their referral partner channel, focusing on HR consulting firms, PEOs, and insurance brokerages. Responsibilities • Build and own the referral partnership strategy aligning it with company revenue goals • Collaborate with executive leadership on partnership forecasts, OKRs, & growth plans • Source, engage, and close new referral partners with high revenue potential • Develop compelling value propositions tailored to each partner segment • Lead negotiations and contract execution with legal and finance • Build scalable onboarding frameworks & documentation to ensure partner enablement • Design & deploy partner enablement programs, including training, collateral, & co-marketing • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with key partner stakeholder • Develop systems for ongoing partner communication, performance tracking, & support • Align with Sales to ensure referral leads are qualified, well-tracked, & properly attributed • Work with Marketing to co-develop campaigns, content, and partner messaging Skills • 5+ years in B2B partnership development, business development, or channel sales • Proven success building and scaling referral or channel partner programs from zero • Deep knowledge of HR tech, insurance, benefits administration, or PEO ecosystems • Strong understanding of SaaS economics and sales cycles, including partner-influenced deals • Experience negotiating and managing complex partnership agreements • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills • Proficient in CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and highly collaborative environment • Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical capabilities Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision health insurance benefits w/ HSA plan • Disability insurance • 401k plan • Generous PTO • Paid holidays • Other benefits Company Overview • PerformYard is an HR performance software that focuses on performance management and employee feedback.
