Position Overview • Location: Austin, TX (Remote – open to Austin and nearby areas) • Schedule: 6–10 hours per week, flexible hours • Compensation: $500–$800 bi-weekly • Work Type: 100% remote, part-time Key Responsibilities • Prepare and process payroll documentation • Coordinate distribution and mailing of payroll checks and related materials • Maintain accurate payroll and transaction records • Support internal reporting and financial tracking • Perform general administrative tasks including data entry and file organization • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies Ideal Candidate • Based in or near Austin, TX • Strong attention to detail and time management • Able to work independently • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Prior payroll or administrative experience is a plus but not required • Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. Requirements • Reliable high-speed internet • Personal computer and printer • Quiet and secure workspace for handling sensitive information Compensation & Benefits • $500–$800 bi-weekly via direct deposit or preferred payment method • Reimbursement for pre-approved job-related expenses • Opportunities for growth within the CNI network Seniority level • Entry level Employment type • Part-time Job function • Human Resources • Accounting #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
