They are seeking a Manager, Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery to lead strategic cybersecurity initiatives, enhance stakeholder engagement, and drive measurable outcomes across the province. Responsibilities • Championing stakeholder engagement by building trusted relationships and creating meaningful opportunities for collaboration across Alberta’s public and private sectors. • Leading transformative cybersecurity initiatives that enhance provincial resiliency and reduce risk through strategic partnerships, compliance frameworks, and community programs. • Empowering learning and awareness by designing and delivering engaging cybersecurity training tailored to diverse audiences, from government teams to external partners. • Driving operational excellence by developing and tracking KPIs that measure program impact, inform decision-making, and continuously improve service delivery. • Fostering a culture of innovation and growth by supervising and mentoring a high-performing team, supporting professional development, and promoting Alberta Public Service values. Skills • University degree in a related discipline (such as computer science, engineering, public or business administration) or related discipline supplemented by a minimum of 4 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience with stakeholder engagement and program delivery. • Experience in program delivery within a public administration context. • Knowledge of information security services, cybersecurity tools, and frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, or similar. • Experience with cybersecurity awareness and training program development. • Experience leading professional staff. • Experience developing and writing business reports for executive-level decision makers. • Security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CEH, GPEN, or equivalent.
