Remote Loan Processor

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly experienced Senior Mortgage Processor to join our high producing mortgage brokerage team. The ideal candidate will have a strong competence and background in loan processing and underwriting, with a comprehensive understanding of guidelines, various wholesale lender systems, and LOS systems (Arive is preferred) We are looking for someone who enjoys working remote. This is a 1099 position Responsibilities • Review and analyze mortgage loan applications for completeness and accuracy - reviewing income, liabilities, and DTI. • Process loans from origination through closing, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. • Update LOS post closing with required dates and documents to maintain compliance. • Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to gather necessary documentation. • Coordinate with third-party vendors as needed. • Biweekly pipeline reviews on zoom to ensure timely closing and problem solving of files. Qualifications • 10+ years of experience as a Loan Processor in the mortgage industry is required. • Strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs. • Familiarity with Arive and wholesale lending systems. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage $100M+ in production • Meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Underwriting experience is preferred • Must be available and have professional responsiveness during work week -SimpliFund Mortgage, LLC (NMLS ID 2519900 If interested please send resume to [email protected] Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
