Position: Remote Digital Transformation (Tulsa) Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Transformation Specialist to join our growing team. This role focuses on driving technology-enabled change across business processes, systems, and operations. The ideal candidate will help modernize workflows, improve digital adoption, and support strategic transformation initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support digital transformation initiatives across departments • Analyze existing business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital tools and platforms • Support change management, training, and digital adoption efforts • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize digital solutions • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology strategy • Stay current on emerging digital trends and best practices Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Experience in digital transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Proficiency with digital tools, cloud platforms, or enterprise systems • Excellent time management and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in remote or hybrid environments • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or change management methodologies • Background in enterprise software, automation, or data-driven solutions Compensation Salary Range: $105,000 – $110,000 annually (based on experience and role type) Annual Bonus: Typically 10%–20% of base salary Benefits • 401(k) retirement plan • Health insurance • Dental and vision insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off and holidays • Flexible work schedule Eligibility Applicants must be based in the United States.
