Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Combined Communications, Inc. is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Advocates to join their dynamic team. This role involves being the first point of contact for clients and delivering exceptional support to ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Answer and dispatch customer telephone calls (<200 calls daily avg) Monitor email and reply accordingly Monitor and communicate through web chat Ensure quality service by following company policies and standards as well as adhering to compliance standards Attend work on a regular and predictable basis This job does require the employee to sit or stand for extended periods of time Training and mentoring could occur virtually, through telephone call and/or email and messaging Skills Ability to type at least 40 words per minute High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and typing skills A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential for success in this role Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications efficiently Private and secure workspace (HIPAA Compliant) Internet: high speed (min. 25mbps), hard wired (not wireless) Processor: Modern multi-core CPU recommended Memory: 4 GB+ of RAM Browser: Chrome or Microsoft Edge Operating System: Windows 10 version 1703 or newer Monitor: dual monitors each capable of displaying 1024x768 pixels Sound: sound card installed (standard in most computers) Virus Protection: up-to-date antivirus protection installed, always scan mode Mic & Speaker/Headset: capability through USB ports Accessories: mouse, keyboard (PC/104), webcam Benefits Work from home Company Overview Combined Communications Inc. is a telecommunications company based out of United States.
