Enter information into our Windows-based computer database while following a scripted interview, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Provide phone numbers and agency referrals to secondary support organizations and other assistance programs as necessary. Perform additional duties as assigned based on blithequark's level of support for the event. Attend scheduled shift meetings to receive event-specific information and updates before beginning your shift. Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications, demonstrating excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills in English. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: An associate degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience. U.S. Citizenship. The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience working in a Microsoft Windows-based environment. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. The capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple demands.
