Remote Application or Clinical Analyst

We are looking for a part-time Application or Clinical Analyst to join our team. As a crucial part of our healthcare services, the role combines technical analysis with clinical insight to improve application performance and data management. You will be working in a dynamic, collaborative environment within a mid-sized healthcare organization, significantly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of patient care. Key Responsibilities • Analyze healthcare applications and systems to ensure they meet clinical requirements and performance standards. • Collaborate with healthcare practitioners to collect and interpret data, providing actionable insights that drive improvements. • Conduct regular reviews of application performance and data accuracy, making recommendations for enhancements. • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical operations. • Participate in training sessions for staff on new applications and updates, promoting best practices in data usage and documentation. • Develop and maintain documentation related to application functionalities, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals. • Monitor compliance with data governance policies and support audits as required. Required and Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Health Informatics, or Healthcare Administration. • Proven skills in Data Analysis with the ability to interpret complex datasets. • Familiarity with healthcare applications and databases is preferred. • Experience with relevant software tools such as SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools. • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar analytical role within a healthcare environment.
