We're now looking for a seasoned Quality Standards Lead to join our team and drive global quality initiatives that exceed our guests' expectations. The Role: Quality Standards Lead - Global Operations and Excellence As a Quality Standards Lead at Airbnb, you will be responsible for leading global quality and standards initiatives to elevate the quality of our supply. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage quality requirements across our supply types. Your expertise and industry best practices will help us take complex programs from launch to operationalization, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional Airbnb experience every time they book. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Quality Requirements: Design, build, implement, and manage quality requirements across Airbnb's supply types, ensuring that they meet our quality bar. Measure and Analyze Supply Performance: Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to measure and analyze supply performance, identifying areas for improvement. Scaled Campaigns and Quality Initiatives: Develop and run scaled campaigns to uplevel and/or enforce quality across our supply, and identify ongoing gaps in quality management. Global Collaboration: Work with counterparts in other offices globally to share insights and work on global and cross-functional initiatives. Quality Escalations and Operations: Manage quality escalations operations and support the agent team. Your Expertise: We're looking for a seasoned professional with: 10+ Years of Experience: In quality operations, management consulting, and/or project management. Deep Expertise: In global operational initiatives with a track record of defining and delivering on key business objectives with impactful results. Hands-on Approach: With a sense of urgency and ability to quickly adapt priorities to unexpected changes. Proven Track Record: Navigating a matrixed organization and building senior relationships to achieve goals with cross-functional teams. Strong Analytical Skills: Including creating and using data to understand problems, communicate opportunities, and make informed decisions. Excellent Communication Skills: Written and verbal, with excellent presentation skills. What We Offer: Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, with a base pay range of $150,000 - $193,500 USD.
