QA Analyst, UI and Front End

IXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company, seeking a QA Analyst focused on UI and front end testing. The role involves ensuring quality on front-end web applications, developing test strategies, and collaborating with product managers and engineers to enhance the testing process. Responsibilities Ensure quality on our front-end web applications with a strong focus on UI testing Review business requirements and develop test plans, test cases, test estimations, and test execution reports Perform functionality, regression, integration, UI, smoke, exploratory, stress and performance testing Manage all communications related to QA status on a daily basis and report potential risks during all stages of development lifecycle Work closely with development and product teams to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process Analyze test results and facilitate resolution of issues Iterate on existing testing processes and standards to improve efficiency and accuracy Skills BA/BS degree required Experience in QA of front end elements, web design, UI, and UX Ability to work both independently and on a wide variety of teams Passion for making bullet-proof applications and improving education through technology Self-motivated, detail oriented, proactive and collaborative Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of JIRA, Unix, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, source control, and mobile device development is a plus Benefits Benefits Company Overview At IXL Learning, we are passionate about improving learning for all.
