PT/FT Remote New Mexico Mental Health Professional - LPCC, LCSW, LMFT

A practice where you can set your own schedule (days, hours, number of clients, client population, etc.), either bringing your own clients or allowing the company to build on your client base? Do you seek independence, and don’t want to deal with overhead or billing insurance? Athena Counseling, LLC, in Rio Rancho, NM, is seeking Masters, highest level (independent) New Mexico licensed providers to join my team of clinical professionals. At this time, the position is for telehealth exclusively, with the potential to move back into an office setting in the future (or I’m open to someone who seeks to solely provide telehealth long-term). Your pay will be above market, and will be commensurate with your experience. You will also be eligible for pay for non-billable (admin) time. In order to have a win-win, I offer a contract that works for both of us. This position is for a 1099 Contractor; you will be required to pay your own federal, state, and self employment taxes, along with carrying your own malpractice insurance. You will supply your own internet access, laptop/computer, and will be given access to a HIPAA-compliant platform to conduct your telehealth sessions, as well as access to a user friendly electronic health record platform and calendar system. Ideally, you will already be credentialed with some of the insurance companies; if not, no worries. I’m happy to get you credentialed and contracted; however, this process can take 60-90 days. The ideal candidate will be confident in their clinical/diagnositc skills; approach all clients with unconditional positive regard; and will have done their own work with a therapist to keep their own mental health as a priority. Former/Current MFLCs, VA Social Workers, and School Counselors/Social Workers are encouraged to apply!
