Dome Construction is one of California's most respected construction firms, seeking a Project Engineer to contribute to complex commercial and industrial construction projects. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing documentation, and promoting safety on job sites. Responsibilities Coordinating with architects, engineers, trade partners, and clients Walking active job sites, identifying and solving issues before they become problems Managing key documentation like RFIs, submittals, and project logs Supporting schedules, logistics, and financial tracking Promoting safety and ensuring compliance with industry regulations Skills Detail-oriented Organized Eager to learn Excited to contribute Ready to get hands dirty (literally and figuratively) Ability to analyze blueprints Comfortable walking job sites with a hard hat Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, trade partners, and clients Ability to walk active job sites, identifying and solving issues before they become problems Ability to manage key documentation like RFIs, submittals, and project logs Ability to support schedules, logistics, and financial tracking Promote safety and ensure compliance with industry regulations Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation 0–3 years of experience in construction or engineering roles Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools Experience (or a strong interest) in commercial, industrial, or tenant improvement projects Pursuing—or have completed—a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field Benefits Training & Development: We invest in you from Day 1.
