Position Summary Nava is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Deputy Program Manager (DPM) / Principal Project Manager to drive and support one of our key strategic programs with an external customer. The ideal candidate possesses both technical and advanced project management skills with a proven track record leading subordinate project management teams. The DPM will work closely with the Program Manager to create transparent reporting systems, quality control measures, execution plans, and effective standards and procedures for project teams, internal and external stakeholders. A successful DPM will be well versed in both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks. The DPM will report directly to the Director of Project Management. This role will require occasional client interface opportunities with occasional travel to New Jersey for onsite meetings and engagements. Estimated travel approximately 25%.
