In this role, you will help create engaging video content related to our products and manage our social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, IG, Youtube).Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize, storyboard, and produce original video content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategyCreate educational, behind-the-scenes, testimonial, and trend-based videos tailored for each platformShoot and edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similarWork closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to highlight customer stories, product features, and industry thought leadershipManage publishing calendar and post content regularly with relevant hashtags, captions, and CTAsMonitor performance and optimize content based on engagement analyticsStay up to date on social media trends and best practices in the energy/tech/startup spaceWhat We're Looking ForProven experience creating viral, engaging short-form video content for brands or creatorsStrong visual storytelling, editing, and post-production skillsComfortable being behind and/or in front of the camera when neededAbility to shoot in various environments, from office settings to field deploymentsFamiliarity with LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts best practicesPassion for sustainability, energy, and technology a big plusSelf-starter with an experimental mindset and attention to detailBonus PointsInterested in energy, climate tech, or cleantech industriesAnimation or motion graphics experiencePortfolio of videos or social media handles with prior work #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
