We connect consumers to the place where dreams come true through the development of holistic, audience-focused, data-driven communication plans across offline, digital, and direct relationship channels. We are looking for a Planner to join our dynamic Media Planning & Integration team. You will manage day-to-day tasks for your assigned campaigns or programs. This includes communicating needs, maintaining content planners and editorial calendars, providing instructions for content distribution, and reconciling budgets. You will collaborate across many teams and partners. You will report to the Manager, Media Planning & Integration. You Will: • Help develop audience-centric paid and owned media plans across digital, social, and direct channels. • Maintain content planners and asset trackers for display, streaming, social, search, email, and direct mail. • Provide channel-specific instructions for asset distribution and tactical execution. • Collaborate with many partners across multiple teams to bring our media plans to life. • Track spending and reconcile budgets. You Have: • Minimum 2 years of experience with Cross-Channel Media Planning (TV, out of home, streaming, display, social, search) or Owned Channel (email, direct mail, organic social) experience. • Basic knowledge of how media channels are used to drive business growth. • Built relationships with a diverse set of partners. • Experience using Smartsheets, Workfront or BrandMaker • A passion for data-driven, audience-centric marketing Required Education: • Bachelors degree in advertising, marketing, or communications, or equivalent work experience.
