This role supports a dedicated healthcare industry client and focuses solely on the Oklahoma jurisdiction. You will manage complex and litigated claims, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with all state requirements. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned adjuster who thrives in litigation management and client-focused service.Responsibilities• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust Oklahoma workers’ compensation claims in compliance with state laws and client-specific standards.• Handle settlement negotiations, including complex and litigated files.• Collaborate with defense counsel and manage litigation strategies.• Establish reserves and authorize payments within designated authority.• Maintain thorough claim documentation, diaries, and client communications.QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring – Required:• Minimum 5 years of experience handling Oklahoma workers’ compensation claims.• Active Oklahoma Adjuster’s License (required).• Strong litigation management and negotiation skills.• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical abilities.Nice to Have:• Experience with healthcare industry clients.• Professional certifications (e.g., AIC, ARM, CPCU).How We Measure SuccessPerformance in this role is typically measured by:• Annual performance reviews.• Quality of litigation management and claim resolution outcomes.• Timely documentation and adherence to client-specific requirements.What We Offer• 4 weeks of PTO + 10 paid holidays in your first year• Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance• 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)• Internal training and advancement opportunities• A supportive, team-based work environmentCompensation & ComplianceThe posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.
